Harwich Refinery
Harwich refinery on the UK's East coast, facing mainland Europe, is a highly flexible modern production facility. With a sophisticated distillation and solvent extraction plant and 600,000 tonne per annum capacity, Harwich is capable of producing large quantities of products to precise specifications, tailor-made to customer requirements. Harwich includes an advanced three column vacuum distillation plant and can provide continuous or batch processing up to 35 tonnes/hour. With over 175 tanks and drum filling facilities the refinery operates continuously, 24 hours a day, 365 days per year and has a highly experienced 100-strong workforce.

Gunness Wharf
Gunness Wharf also near Scunthorpe, is where Petrochem Carless manufactures chemicals for the automotive industry. It contains the most modern purpose-built antifreeze blending plant in Europe, capable of producing up to 300 metric tonnes per day. Gunness is also the manufacturing location for vehicle brakefluids, screenwashes and de-icing bases, and houses the companies dedicated automotive research and development department.
All Petrochem Carless terminals have direct access for sea-going vessels, which gives some of the lowest logistic costs among UK distributors.
